by purchasing a commission from me, you automatically agree to these TOS. please read them carefully. if the TOS is breached in any way, you will be blocked.if i cannot finish your commission for any reason, i will contact you and refund the money based on how far i got. more information below.

I WILL DRAW:
humanoids, sfw ship art, ocs and official characters, mild blood/gore/disturbing themes, basically anything that isn't in my won't draw list
I WON'T DRAW:
furries, mecha, nsfw ship art, heavy blood/gore/disturbing themes, any kind of hate art, overly ornately detailed characters (can review on a case by case basis)if you're worried that your commission might fall under something i won't draw, feel free to ask when commissioning!
full payment is upfront. all payments go through either kofi (paypal) or zelle. if you have zelle, i prefer it. if not, kofi works fine.
i will not start your commission until you have paid. i will also not start your commission until the previous commission in my queue is done. i will inform you when i start yours, but my queue will also update regularly which you can view HERE.
additional ornate designs or accessories (ex: weapons, instruments, etc.) will cost at minimum of $5 USD extra, depending on its difficulty. If the design, upon review, is too detailed, I will not draw it (see: won't draws).
i have a timeline of FOUR WEEKS MAX per commission, from starting the work to finishing it. if anything comes up that causes my commission process to delay, i will inform you.
i will send you updates on sketches and line art. after you approve of the sketches, refunds are NO LONGER AVAILABLE. drastic changes to the art are also NO LONGER AVAILABLE (poses, expressions, etc.).
if i am unable to finish the commission fully but have finished the sketch, i will refund HALF of what you paid, as well as give you the sketch.
if i have not sent sketches and you have not approved, in the case where i can't finish your commission, i will refund ALL of what you paid.
i have the right to decline any commissions if they are too complex/hard to envision or make me uncomfortable.
commissioned works can only be for PERSONAL USE. you cannot use my work for your own profit (i.e. selling merch) or for NFT, cryptocurrency and AI purposes.
if you intend to use my commission for online business work (i.e. youtube, twitch, etc.), PLEASE INFORM ME before i start. this will be reviewed on a case by case basis. if you do not inform me before i start, you cannot use my work for commercial use.
you may use your commission as a pfp, social media header/banner, or other personal reasons (wallpaper, personal print, etc.) if for social media use, please credit me somewhere.
you may not trace, draw over, or overall change/edit/modify the commission. using my art as a base is strictly prohibited.
feel free to ask me for updates, but don't ask too frequently — i probably won't have anything new for you anyway if you ask every day. if your updates are incessant and borderline harassment, i have the right to decline your commission and refund based on how far i got.
i will send the full finished work through email. when the time comes, i will ask for your preferred email. if you don't want to share your email, i will send the piece through whichever messaging method we will use.
i reserve the right to use your commission as a comm example, a personal art portfolio piece, and/or a social media post.

"kiisaes" is a mutation of "kisae", the name of an oc i used to have in 8th grade. it is not a fucked-up way of spelling "kisses", and it's supposedly pronounced "key-sighs". you can pronounce it however you want — apparently this is something people have opinions on❀ CAN I GET SOME ART TIPS?
